Description

Office Manager Assistant for a growing CrossFit in downtown Raleigh. The position requires greeting and directing visitors and members, responding to inquiries from staff, the public, clients etc. by providing requested information. Compile data through weekly and monthly reports. Providing general clerical support. This position reports to owners.

Responsibilities

- Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring business is on schedule and in budget
- Assist in establishing a procurement system and maintain product inventory control
- Maintain client database through multiple systems
- Maintain social media channels through direct supervision of the owners
- Greet potential clients providing company information and creed

Requirements

- Understand running data queries through multiple systems
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
- Strong time management application while multitasking
- Passion for health and fitness
