The ideal candidate will have earned or trying to earn a college degree or equivalent experience and will have excellent support staff skills, including exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A thorough knowledge of personal computers is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential. The successful candidate must be willing to be trained in mail merges and on fundraising database, and quickbooks. A demonstrated ability to produce error free work when performing a variety of work functions such as typing, proof reading, data entry, file management, and calculations is required. Also, assist with researching compiling, and completing grants a must. Additionally, a willingness to work some evenings and be flexible with hours as required by the position is necessary.


- Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget


- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
