Description

We have 2 companies; a technology r&d firm, and an e-commerce business. We have about 7 people total, 3 of which work in our office in Beverly Hills. The internship position will be for the BH office, and will include working for both companies. One of our main businesses is an online retailer which is rapidly growing. The intern will be responsible for processing orders and customer service for this project, as well as other administrative responsibilities. Both of our companies are expanding and we would like to find interns who would be interested in growing with the company and eventually having full time positions.

Responsibilities

- Process orders
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget
- Sending invoices
- Preparing budgets
- Market research
- Customer Service
- Marketing tasks

Requirements

- Highly organized, disciplined, and eager to learn
- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values efficiency, dependability, and organization
