SandaPropertiesRealty INC (SAPRINC) is been around for over 10years. We specialize in both residential and commercial property purchase, sales, rentals, shortsale, BPO and management. We just opened a new location that is growing faster than projected. We believe by filling the gaps with great interns it will help us reach our organization goals. The interns themselves will also benefit from working in a real work environment with a growing company. Also as paid openings become available we will be offering those positions to our interns first.

Responsibilities

- Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget
- Help to set and follow up on appointments with clients
- Input listing in systems for tracking and marketing

Requirements

- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
- Must be very computer savvy with understanding of how to access information via the internet. How to use Office 2007 or greater especially Word & Excel.
