R.E.A.L. Personal Assistance is the creation of Krystle Alexander and Rachael Alexander – sisters joining forces together. Krystle was presented with an opportunity to help a fellow friend a real estate agent, and in the process of helping this agent she began to see a need for personal assisting for other real estate agents and the like.

We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant. This is a virtual position and you must be comfortable working from home(once a month meetings and must report in periodically). A computer with reliable internet and basic computer skills are a must. We are looking for someone who has great organizational skills and has the ability to pay great attention to detail.
Should you accept this job offer, per company policy you'll be eligible to receive the following beginning on your hire date.
•Salary: monthly gross starting salary of $480.00 paid in weekly installments by your choice of check or direct deposit
•Performance Bonuses: Incentive bonuses $5 per hold/deposit, paid the Monday after hold deposit is received by your choice of check or direct deposit

Responsibilities

•Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
•Handle customers inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
•Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
•Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
•Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
•Complete forms in accordance with company procedures under supervisor of licensee.
•Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
•Will have to be computer literate so that they can conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
•Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters and a real estate administrative assistant will also locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies (rentfeeder).
•Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
•Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work.
•Mail newsletters, promotional material, or other information.
•Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
•Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations.
•Arrange conference, meeting, or travel reservations for office personnel.

Requirements
