DescriptionOur company fulfills and ships products for e-commerce websites and we are looking for a part time employee that will interact with our customers and product end-users. the position has the potential to move to full time depending on personal drive.
This position will be the front-line of customer interaction for our company.
It is mandatory that you will be working for 3-4 hours a day Mon-Fri. Will work around your schedule but must be able to come to the office Mon- Fri.
ResponsibilitiesYou will answer customer questions as they relate to:
Shipping questions. Where is my package, how long will it take to delivery it, etc.?
Cross-selling company services. What other services our company offers that will relate to or help the customers you are dealing with.
Custom quotations. Some customers will require custom quotations or Special Work Orders that they will communicate to you.
Interaction with our Operations Staff. You will relay customer requests to our operations and warehouse staff.

High School and/or College degree preferred, but personal drive to excel REQUIRED!
