Orange Butterfly is a corporation with 4 DBAs. 1 of our companies is 17 years old and very active. The other is only 2 years old but we recently moved it to a new location and it is now very busy. The other 2 companies are not very active right now. We need assistance with administration of both companies as well as assistance with some personal tasks.
Must be very organized and a go-getter. Must be able to coordinate many projects simultaneously. Must be able to work in a demanding chaotic environment where priorities sometimes change daily. Must be able to adjust well to change. Must have basic knowledge of bookkeeping. Must be able to interpret federal and state regulations or know how to find the answers. Must be a problem solver. Must be high energy and willing to run errands.
