Executive Administrative Assistant would assist with day to day routines such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, communicating with potential customers and employees, creating invoices and following up on payments. Executive Administrative Assistant will also assist with developing and creating general templates, office manuals, procedures and policies for the company and various positions within in the company. This person will work closely with CEO and Executive staff to ensure resources that are needed to help execute daily tasks are provided.
ResponsibilitiesUses independent judgment and initiative to perform a variety of clerical, office management, and advanced secretarial duties in support of management and staff.
This accountability-driven environment requires an organized individual who is skilled at multitasking and receiving direction from director mid-managers level superiors. Duties include, but are not limited to, composing, editing, proofreading, copying, and distributing correspondence, reports, and other materials; serving as communications link between customers, employees and management.
conducting comprehensive clerical research using a variety of resources to generate reports and respond to requests; completing tasks and assignments associated with administrative support functions in areas such purchasing, establishing and maintaining filing and record-keeping systems and reference manuals/materials; scheduling and preparation of meetings and conferences; coordinating staff travel and lodging arrangements; monitoring and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and/or facilities; entering data from forms, records, and/or reports using a computer; preparing invoices for payment; and answering/redirecting calls in staff absence;
