DescriptionAdministrative assistant assigned to support a team of virtual assistants who are assisting many other small businesses in growing their businesses.
ResponsibilitiesDuties may include but are not limited to providing meeting scheduling, transcribing meeting notes or audio, monitoring email correspondence, analyzing and managing various reports, editing PowerPoint slides and Excel spreadsheets, organizing online file systems, obtaining requested information and/or available content, and various types of research. Assistant may also be asked to learn internal client specific applications and provide data entry support.
RequirementsMicrosoft Products (preferred: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Competent with email, webmail, and internet browsing.
Typing speed, minimum 30 words per minute.
Excellent grammar and professional telephone and email correspondence skills.
Preferred Skills: Minimum 3 years similar experience with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
