Description

The Creative Esprits Studio is looking for an Administrative Personnel with an energetic, confident, and reliable self-starter to join our Team. Applicant should be someone with office experience who thrives in a diverse and fast-paced work environment. The receptionist in this position is responsible for our clients' experience as the first and last point of contact so one must enjoy customer service. This is a part-time position & is available immediately. (there is room for some flexibility).

Responsibilities

Skills Desired:
- Process and generate purchase orders
- Order and data entry
- Negotiate with vendor pricing and terms
- Create customer quotes
- Interact with customers occasionally

Office administrative assistance as needed, such as:
- Filing
- Scanning
- Running errands

Requirements

Skills Required:
Organizing and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to multi-task gracefully
Excellent computer skills and use of Word and Excel
Must be a team player
A naturally pleasant manner/way of being and able to control the space in a calm, positive, supportive manner
Must be a great problem solver
Running a computerized booking/point of sale software program (i.e. QuickBooks)
Scheduling on Google Calendar
