We assist organizations with solving their infrastructure related pain points with either our knowledge and expertise (services) or software (products). We’re seeking a well mannered, detail oriented individual to join our staff as an administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
-------------------------------------
- Drafting emails, memos, white papers, standard operating procedures (SOP), and etc.
- Receive incoming mail and distribute or process them (when necessary).
- Scan documents and file them in Dropbox.
- Run errands (e.g., take checks to the bank).
- Work in the receptionist area, greet visitors, and notify the necessary individuals of their arrival.
- Make and receive calls on behalf of the owner.
- Conduct internet research for various projects.
- Perform analysis and present findings.
- May be asked to open and close office.
- Update social media with content.
- Work on special projects.

- Work tasks to completion, informing management about any issues far before agreed upon deadlines.
- Work amiably in a team environment.
- Arrive to work on time and be willing to work extra hours to meet milestones.
- Work independently with very little supervision after there is a clear understanding of duties, assuming all questions have been answered and concerns addressed.
- Think outside the box and be confident enough to respectfully object to the ideas and solutions of others, providing evidence that other approaches may be better.
- Possess self-motivation with an assertive attitude and able to quickly adapt to new applications and technologies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

--------------------------------------
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or at least a senior in college majoring in a subject within the same realm as English, Journalism, or Liberal Arts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have excellent writing and proofreading skills, including mastery of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (most importantly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must know how to conduct research on the internet.

Ideal Qualifications (Not required, but preferred)

- Microsoft Office Specialist certifications.
- Bachelor's degree.
- IT savvy.
- Has a clean driver's license, and owns or has access to an automobile (for running errands).
