DescriptionThis newly created Property Administrator role will assist a group of property managers, working out of their corporate offices. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and have a strong interest in the real estate industry. This position will give the right candidate the ability learn and grow their career within the organization!
Responsibilities* Create marketing materials including client-facing proposals, presentations and books with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
* Working heavily with PDF's
* Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* Minimum of 2 of experience
Requirements-Administrative Assistant Experience
-Experience in the construction/engineering industry
-Experience as a Proposal Manager is a huge plus!
