DescriptionAnswering all incoming calls in a professional manner and transfers them to the appropriate person. Answer questions as needed
Greeting and assisting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner, routing them to the appropriate person.
Sorting, distributing and sending incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies as appropriate. Monitoring the maintenance needs of office equipment (photocopier, postage machine, etc.).
Coordinating lunch and learn meetings.
Performing other duties as assigned.
RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience as a receptionist.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
Proven proficiency in general personal computer application.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
