At Happy The Tailor a variety of custom tailoring services is provided. The administrative assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to support business operations in the areas of general administration, procurement, meeting and travel arrangements, expense accounts and customer service. The ideal candidate must project professionalism in all in-person, electronic and telephonic interactions.


-Answer multi-line phone system and forward calls to appropriate staff member
-Schedule meetings with clients in different cities
-Create and modify documents
-Data entry, filing, making copies and assisting with the set-up of meetings


-Customer service focus
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-Professional organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail
