Performs administrative duties for executive management. Requires strong communication skills, computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills. We look for Admin to understand our programs and productively initiate task to team leaders and volunteers.
Responsibilities•Answer and direct phone calls
•Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
•Maintain contact lists
•Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
•Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
•Develop and maintain a filing system
•Order office supplies
•Book travel arrangements
•Submit and reconcile expense reports
•Provide general support to visitors
◾Organizational Skills: Your will likely rely on you to keep the working day in order. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc. required for a successful personal assistant to have terrific organizational skills.
•Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provides office services by implementing administrative procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects with Think Dream Live Foundation Inc.
RequirementsMust be enrolled in associates/undergraduate or have completed associates/undergraduate degree with related major or minor. (Business administration, Social Service, etc.)
◾Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instruction from your supervisor, and your ability to understand those instructions with little or no follow up. Good listening and communication skills ensures that the information is relayed correctly.
