ResponsibilitiesOffice Clerk Operates all office machines and equipment including computers, printers copiers, postage meters, and adding machines
Understands computers and the procedures necessary to produce, store and retrieve data
Keeps stored computer information and library up to date
Receives and routes messages, opens and routes incoming mail according to established procedures and distributes mail internally
Weighs, stamps and prepares all outgoing mail including certified, express, and other special delivery services required
RequirementsQualifications of the Administrative Assistant include:
Experience working with a consumer goods company
Familiar with general office practices, standard office equipment, and filing systems
Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
