Clerical support, including verbal and written correspondence. Prepare agenda for monthly Manager's meetings. Record, prepare and submit minutes to Executive Director. Communicate with agency vendors. Build and maintain relationships with administrative and supervising staff. Assist in the preparation of grants and requests for proposals. Prepare and direct annual March for Meals Campaign. Initiate calls to elected officals, mailings, scheduling and product ordering. Assit the Executive Diretor in scheduling travel arrangements.
ResponsibilitiesMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
*High school education or equivalent.
*Must be able to perform data entry and basic computer skills.
*Must possess knowledge of, and be able to respond to customer inquiries in two product categories.
*Knowledge of banking products and procedures required.
*Excellent customer service skills and the ability to articulate and explain information clearly.
*Previous customer service or call center experience required.
*Excellent telephone communication skills are essential.
RequirementsProgram Duties: Support and assist Meals4You Sales Executive. Call and follow through on orders and survey needs of cutomers. Supervise the Independent Living Assistant (ILA) program, its staff and all reporting requirements.
Requirements: College degree preferred. Immpeccable ability to prioitize tasks, duties and given assignments. Work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Extreme proficiency and accuracy when completing tasks and assignments. Possess the ability to prepare oral reports and written statistical reports. Ability to deal tactfully with clients, family members, vistors, governing agencies/personnel, staff and the general public. Must have patience, tact and a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to handle clients based on whatever maturity level in which they are currently functioning. Work a flexible schedule necessary to perform work assignments. Perform other duties as assigned up to and including participation and attendance at agency events.
