Description

Urban Compass is a two year old tech startup real estate brokerage firm that is rapidly expanding (google us!). Within the company, I am a part of a two person broker team (we function as independent contractors) that needs an administrative assistant to help organize the fundamentals of our business. This position has a strong concentration on marketing. We are a hardworking and expeditious team (but also fun and young!) that is looking for an extremely organized and methodical individual to come in minimum of 3 to 5 hours a day, four to five days a week. We are flexible on schedule (as both of us work seven days a week, 12 - 14 hours a day). Responsibilities

Day to day tasks include managing our team schedule and calendar, organizing and executing our team meetings, and creating then executing our team's marketing campaigns (using Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign, Survey Monkey, Excel, Xpressdocs, and a myriad of real estate specific sites such as Property Shark, REBNY, etc). You do not need a real estate license or even a background in real estate to be considered for this job.

Requirements

The most important features for which we're looking is are 1) organization and 2) attention to detail. We are perfectionists and want someone who is up to the challenge of producing immaculate work.
