KB&HR Services is looking for an administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and social media related tasks. The position is a paid/part-time position of 15-20 hrs per week with the possibility of full-time within 3 months. You will be working in a home office environment for a training period of two weeks. The position will then be telecommute so you have the option of working from your home and coming in to the office one day a week for up to 5 hrs for filing, additional training, etc.


Daily tasks will include sorting and filing paperwork and receipts, researching and scheduling posts to social media, data entry, and research.


* Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Word)
* Tech savvy (ability to learn new software relatively easily)
* Experience with social media helpful (Twitter & Facebook primarily)
* Problem solving skills
* Must own a laptop
