As an Administrative Assistant, this position will help to prepare documents and support the executive management team. There will be routine clerical and administrative work in answering telephones and providing exceptional and friendly customer assistance.
Politely and professionally answer telephone calls and route them accordingly.
Prepare mailing labels for UPS packages; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other materials as needed. Prepare files and assists with filing as requested.
Review, process and obtain approval for expense reports.
Performs other duties as requested by management.
