Description

Huntington Learning Center has tutoring and test prep programs that are tailored to the unique needs of each student.
We are looking for an individual with the right personality and customer service skills to help with daily administrative tasks within the office.

Responsibilities

Job Description
-Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
-Direct phone inquires to the appropriate staff members
-Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
-Greet students and parents in a professional and friendly manner
-Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
-Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and inventory

Requirements


-High School Diploma
-Knowledge in how to use computers, and have office management skills
-Experience in an office setting
