A fast-paced, multi-faceted publishing company has an Administrative Assistant intern position available that will give you both the opportunity to increase your work skills as well as provide the experience of working with professionals.

Multi industry-focused publishing company is seeking professional Administrative Assistant within Public Relations, Social Networks, and Brand Building.

Candidate will be involved with many facets of administrative tasks, including mail outs, data entry, and answering emails and phone calls. For those with an outgoing and detail-oriented personality, your work will have the opportunity to expand in a fast-paced, growing company.

Responsibilities

• Work with editor on assigned projects
• Contact companies for product reviews
• Create spreadsheets for advertising and marketing department
• Organize day-to-day data
• Follow up with clients
• Light marketing outreach

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
