Description

Established company looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a new division. Position will cross over into Customer Service. This person will be creative in assisting set up of reports and internet research. Must be organized with inputting and tracking data, heavy use of Excel, and job scheduling, Setting up and maintaining of social media accounts, advertising, and Mail Merge for print and email. Great personality good at handling multiple tasks yet focused enough to take a project from A-Z. Must know LA area to schedule sales calls for Project Manager.

Organizing data into CRM
Assisting with Printing and emailing of Marketing Materials
Conduct Research of Target Individuals and Companies
Phones
Job Scheduling
Running reports on Data from CRM
Position starts off Part-time for 1-2 Months then will be Full time
Handling mailings
Designing & Assembling Sales Packets

Requirements

Microsoft Office...Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mail Merge

Previous Administrative Experience
