Admin Asst - Inside Sales Agent (West LA)

Well established L.A. based Real Estate Company has an opening for an Admin Asst & Inside Sales Agent in our Westside office.

We are seeking individuals with great people skills and a great attitude; 1 years experience in SALES Telemarketing (this is NOT a call center position) or Inside Sales is a plus. Varied administrative work, phones, creating marketing packages, setting appointments, and other admin duties. This position is 20-40 hrs/week and is perfect for College Students, especially if you need to work around a school schedule.

-Location: West L.A.
-Compensation: $15 hourly DOE, plus bonus
-Hours: Part time or full time
-DRE License a bonus but not required
-Telemarketing and/or Sales experience a plus
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Social Media, etc)
-Phone numbers, auto dialer, scripts and training provided

Responsibilities

Administrative assistant work - phones, creating marketing packages, pulling Real Estate information for clients, database entry, entry sales work
Setting Appointments
