ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service / Sales Representative Position Available, a selected candidate will:
·Work in a team environment to exceed client expectations.
·Support outside sales team as customer liaison by providing exceptional professional customer service.
·Answer customer and sales representative inquires in an accurate, timely, efficient and courteous manner.
·Manage and resolve general customer service issues.
·Handle technical troubleshooting for lighting products.
·Build and maintain relationships with sales force and key customers.
·Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through completion.
·Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
·Manage the integrity and accuracy of the sales database.
Requirements·Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field of study preferred. Relevant work experience is acceptable.
·Minimum of 5 years’ experience working directly with customers, preferably in a call center environment.
·Superior customer service skills.
·Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
·Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks/demands and get results.
·Strong organization and project management skills.
·Strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) including advanced database operating systems. (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)
