The intern team is a vital part of the Headliner Market Group (HMG) family. This position will teach and give you hands on training in administering/overseeing the day to day operations of the company. HMG seeks those who are driven, confident, resourceful, and creative.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to any student wanting to learn the intricate details of planning and coordinating events and what it takes to manage a business. Students will perform a variety of administrative functions including but not limited to Internet research, learning to draft business letters and emails, creation and updating of mailing lists/databases, scheduling conference calls, maintaining the event calendar and various other responsibilities as directed.

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills are a must (both verbal and written);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applicable software is necessary for this position;
Highly motivated;
Possess intellectual & creative curiosity;
Willingness to learn;
High attention to detail; and
We prefer a student who isn't easily distracted by social media.
