3Si Micro Venture & Holdings (3Si) (www.3SiHoldings.com) is a virtual business incubator (VBI) and pre-seed investment firm. We specialize in providing access to capital to early stage ventures. Responsibilities

-Update and maintain workplans and team documents via Google Drive
-Answer, prioritize and screen incoming phone calls and emails
-Manage the CEO’s calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, calls, and conferences
-Travel scheduling and booking for the CEO
-Prepare material and taking notes for meetings between portfolio companies

-Maintain confidential relationships
-Write and post regularly on social media channels
-Create and edit new content for CEO’s blog
-Other duties related to operations and administration
-Assist with Board communication and Stakeholders letters
-Research and outreach to new prospective partners
-Special projects as needed on an on-going basis

Requirements

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Strong critical thinking skills
-Strong basic working knowledge of in-office technologies (printer, copier, fax, etc)
-Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Commitment to using and updating Google Drive Database
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
