Description

Solo employee/owner of a well established event business providing creative entertainment concepts for corporate & social customers- seeks an organized motivated intern/assistant with business-administration skills to help declutter, reorganize & set up a more efficient computer (Windows-based) process . After many years of doing it the same way, the business needs to be treated like a startup and start over with a fresh administrative process. Besides business -administration, the intern assistant will be asked to jump into a marketing (social media, contact development, etc.) project or two. The foundation of the business is based on creative ideas... a range of creative entertainment concepts & event management services for corporate & social events (DJs, jazz groups, game shows, casino games, pop-up jazz bars, themes etc.). A major focus of the business is to also deliver innovative & cutting-edge entertainment . Craig Sutton Entertainment has an office/warehouse space located in a large mill complex in Saxonville MA with an environment that's more creative & artistic than corporate.

Responsibilities

Decluttering & organizing computer files & folders. Building spreadsheets for marketing purposes. Working on events from time to time

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a combination organized & outgoing, a self-starter & smart, yet easy going & patient. Must be dependable, reliable and results-focused. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel, social media (twitter, hootsuite, instagram), vimeo
