ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate the timely and accurate data entry process for all subcontracts, subcontractor applications, change orders, general conditions and expense reports.
• Proof all batches to ensure accuracy and distribute to the accountant for final review and authorization/approval to post.
• Assist accountant in preparation of Turner application for payment.
• Assist accountant in the preparation/maintenance of all financial reports associated with the project.
BS in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Understand basic accounting principles i.e. journal entries, general ledger, etc. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, good work ethic and interpersonal skills.
