Description

We are a large format digital print and screen printing company that manufacturers heat applied transfers. We are offering a summer internship as business administration intern. You will have the opportunity to work in all areas of the management of the business including, but not limited to: bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, invoicing, client services.

. We are looking for individuals that are hungry to learn. You must also be driven, trustworthy, responsible, a fast learners and have a generally positive attitude and outlook on life.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate organizational and administrative tasks and support payables and receivables
-General bookkeeping, scanning, filing
-Invoicing , collections & banking
-Creating and managing spreadsheets
- Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget
-assist in project/task management


Requirements

- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.
- Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

- Demonstrate working knowledge of computer software packages, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Understand finance and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, and banking

Required - Academic English, English grammar, Writing Skills, Mathematics, Communicate Clearly, Excel, Solid computer skills, Basic Accounting
Preferred - QuickBooks, Administration
