The Business Administrator internship provides a hands-on learning experience within a full-service marketing agency. The ideal candidate will primarily assist the CEO and office manager with agency administration and will also have opportunities to participate in marketing strategy meetings, sales, shadowing agency staff, etc.
This is an unpaid internship.
All AmericanView interns must be able to work at our office.
Skype interviews are possible for out of town students.


• Competent with standard office software: word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets
• Providing quality customer service
• Performs a variety of Internet research functions
• Duties also include fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry
• Resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
• Welcomes guests and customers
• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Database analysis, creation and maintenance
