DescriptionWe are looking for motivated individuals to fill a number of Data Entry, Clerical Admin, Administrative Clerk/Assistance, Medical Billing Coding, Customer Service Receptionist, Accounting, Payroll Clerk, Book keeping, Typist Clerk, Management. ,Positions. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. We are seeking a full time (or heavy part time 30+ hours/week would be considered)
ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for interacting with the public, answering telephones, maintaining schedules, typing, filing, maintenance work orders, compiling and sending contract documents, tracking and following up on contract documents, tracking project opportunities, sending out subcontractor and supplier bid invitations, scheduling meetings, etc.
RequirementsApplicant should have a high school degree or GED, at minimum, and must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of other programs of Microsoft Office. Applicant must also possess the ability to readily learn new software programs as needed.Ability to receive and execute specific instructions
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment, and remain productive
• Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures. Strong organizational and analytic skills.
