Description

Celgene Healthcare have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at a reputable company . This Customer Service Representative position offers a minimum of 1-2 weeks training provided. Candidates must be Bilingual English/Spanish. The Customer Service Representative position in Pleasanton is a long term contract opportunity with potential of converting to full time. This position has a pay of up to $17 an hour with opportunity for bonuses.


The Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include:



Provide professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service to company distributors on inbound phone calls from distributors
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding service, bonus checks, account maintenance and marketing communications
Educate customers in the use of the products and services that they purchase
Quickly identify customer needs and offer solutions with confidence
Resolve bonus disputes with customers and adjust their accounts according to established guidelines
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge base of the companies systems, services, incentives, and programs offered to customers.
Advocate the customers’ interests by using the communication tools and channels provided.
Maintain an established percentage quality assurance rating as measured using the most updated customer care phone and mail QA form.
Achieve and maintain departmental production statistics.




The Qualifications and Key Competencies for Customer Service Representative position include:


Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Minimum 2 years experience in a call center is preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus, knowledge of CRM packages desired
Excellent organization skills and ability to multi task
Advanced data entry skills
Fast learner and ability to adapt to constant change
Excellent problem solving skills

Responsibilities

- Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape
- Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects
- Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
