DescriptionWe are looking for a full time employee to handle a variety of job duties that vary day to day.
The job duties include, but not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Organize and complete follow ups with candidates
• Organize host interviews with candidates
• Sending regular follow ups/birthdays
• Conducting Skype interviews with International candidates (must be OK with accents and sometimes weaker English) -- this is a "fill-in" position
• Updating calendar information
• Several admin duties
The hours are as follows (we can be flexible with hours but no nights nor weekends):
Monday --Thursday 9am -- 5pm
Currently my other staff members work from their home on Fridays. There will be opportunities to work from home on Fridays and other days of the week as well.
