Description

The Sales Whisperer® is a 9 year old sales, training, marketing and consulting firm that helps professional salespeople, sales managers, business owners and entrepreneurs sell more, faster, at higher margin, with less stress and more fun. We offer sales and marketing consulting services and CRM set-up and development for Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Ontraport and ActiveCampaign.

We are looking for a CRM manager who can review existing automated email marketing campaigns and develop/recommend improvements resulting in higher conversions and greater customer retention. Must have the ability to take lead generation and long-term nuture campaigns and automate them.

Responsibilities

- Manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales.
- Measures campaign ROI using controlled testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze customer behaviors in order to optimize all marketing communications.
- Experience providing front-end development and support for Ontraport, Infusionsoft and Hubspot platforms.
- Ability to Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze campaign performances against established benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommended actions to improve.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining multiple email campaigns, marketing campaigns and social media campaigns.
