DescriptionLocal family business looking for Full Time Customer Service Rep
We are looking for a candidate that is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.
Full Time position, hours 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, compensation $10-$12/hr, DOE.
ResponsibilitiesDuties Include (But not limited to):
•Respond to and work with customers via phone, email or in-person
•Translate customer orders into clear instructions onto work order
•Create customer estimates and invoices using computer software (QuickBooks)
•Verify and proofread orders for quality assurance.
•Creating the design for various design projects using CorelDraw
•Organize and file work orders, invoices, quotes and other
•Monitor available supplies, materials, and products and fill out order slip when low
•Re-stock inventory as it is received
•Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
•Strong telephone and in-person customer service experience
•Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time without losing track of details amid continual deadline pressures
•Accuracy is critical. Attention to detail is a must.
•Friendly attitude, ability to listen carefully and a desire to please our customers mandatory
•Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients
•Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks etc.
•Basic skills with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator; InDesign; Photoshop (a plus but not required)
•Must be easy going and adaptable with positive attitude for small business work environment
SkillsRequired - Commitment to Customer Service, Basic Computer Skills
Preferred - QuickBooks, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator
