Customer Service - Receives and Processes customer purchase orders. Shipping & Receiving inbound and outbound shipments. Responsible leading and ensuring effective sales order management. Enters orders,quotes pricing, maintains back orders. Builds and maintains long term customer relationships through customer interaction.

ResponsibilitiesAbility to work with customers both on the phone and email
Relays company terms of Sale, Verifies & Confirms customer orders
Responsible for initial order entry, management of orders, fufillment of orders
Packages, labels and weighs shipments and prepares outbound shipments with common carriers
Receives orders placed by purchasing and ensures quantity, quality, and accuracy
Orgainizes and maintains inventory
Maintains supplies necessary to conduct warehouse activity
RequirementsStrong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
Requires a High School Education - College degree a plus - Customer Service a plus - Inside Sales Experience a plus
Must be receptive/flexible/adaptable and take direction
Subject to background check & Position requires a Non-Compete
Supports team goals, can problem solve and think on ones feet.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Must be neet and orgainized and maintain a clean work area
