Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our world-class team as Data Entry Operators. Our company goal is to offer the highest quality solutions, combined with personalized customer service that exceeds our client?s expectations.

The Data Entry Operators are responsible for the following duties:

? Maintaining quality standards and adhering to guidelines and procedures.
? Proofreading order and data and making corrections when necessary.
? Must have excellent computer skills; 90% of work will be on computers
? Strong typing and 10-key by touch skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
? Detail oriented and able to apply proper procedures in a timely and precise manner.
? Time management with a sense of urgency.
? Ability to perform well under pressure and deadlines while obtaining results with minimal internal delays.
? Capable of handling rapid changes in workplace and frequent requests.
? Effective communication style, ability to work with customers of all background type.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Heavy Customer, Data Entry Service/administrative tasks Updating client information in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor

Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

Sorting, processing, and batching incoming donations
Completing accurate data entry in a timely manner
Processing donor requests and composing any additional correspondence
Preparing basic spreadsheets in Excel



Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

At least a High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with Blackbaud/​Raiser’s Edge or other database software strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Excellent keyboarding skills
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to work accurately with numbers
Ability to meet daily deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
