Description

Position Description
Performs various data-entry/clerical tasks to support the management team. These tasks include high volume of data-input, preparing management reports, maintaining files, and other related clerical and administrative support functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter date in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
Maintain electronic and hard copy files, storing documents in appropriate location.
Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing
Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent organizational skills.
