EsianMall is seeking someone who is organized, self motivated and an independent thinker and worker. Must know Excel, Microsoft word, and Google Drive. Typing and computer skills a must. Good phone mannerisms to deal with customers, suppliers, etc.


Performs clerical data entry duties following general instructions and guidelines and utilizing thorough knowledge of related section/division procedures. -Actual duties vary depending upon area and function of assignment. These tasks can include, creating spreadsheets of purchases, invoices, and other information, taking customer service calls and replying to customer question emails, and other tasks delegated by the office manager.


- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Analytical and highly organized individual

- Independent, self starter

- Great at reporting and organizing large sets of data
