Responsibilities• Responsible for updating spreadsheets with various formulas, pricing information and item number.
• Data entry of inventory items used
• Answer some incoming phone calls for the department and direct them to the appropriate person.
• General clerical duties.
• At least 3 years' experience in an office clerical environment.
• Previous billing and data entry experience in a service environment.
• Strong computer knowledge with high percent accuracy rate and speed
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events.
• High School diploma required-Associate degree preferred
