Description

Ghani Automobiles is a company of Ghani Group, and is listed on Stock Exchanges. Established in 2004, the company started its commercial production of the two wheelers during 2005. The head office is in Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan while the plant is situated at a very strategic location at 49Kms Multan Road, Lahore covering an area of approx. 218,000 Sq. Feet (5 acres).

Ghani Automobiles Industries Limited was established with the objective to cater to the transport needs of the common man of our country, keeping the cost to the minimum yet providing the high quality, innovative and reliable products up to the entire satisfaction of the customer.

The manufacturing facility of the company is built up with the most advanced and state of the art equipments and is presently engaged in the manufacturing of 70 cc & 100cc motorcycle,following all International and National standard engineering practices, procedures and quality controls.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Advise on company information.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Handle product recalls.
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Close out or open call records.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Read from scripts.
Handle changes in policies or renewals.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
High school degree
