DescriptionWhat Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health:
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Greet persons entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, notify employees affected and direct them to a specific destination
Maintain visitor log
Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, shipments and deliveries
Monitor company fax line
File and maintain company records
Ensure common areas of office are equipped with required office supplies
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
Assist with managing vendor relationships
Perform opening and closing duties
Assist with administrative and project management duties across all departments, as needed.
ResponsibilitiesWhat is expected of you and others at this level:
