DescriptionIntern will recruit new students in accordance with the mission, goals, and policies of 2nd Nature Safety. Intern will coordinate schedule with the Office Manger to ensure accurate coverage. Intern will be located in a typical office environment with an individual work station. Enrollment duties will assist consumers with disabilities to navigate through the process of receiving services to attend the 2nd Nature Safety training programs. Interns MUST be in office a minimum of two days per week.
ResponsibilitiesAssist new students with the enrollment process.
Participates in Resource and Job Fairs to explain program to potential students.
Provides information regarding admission requirements and job placement services.
Follow- Up with consumers regarding enrollment and counselor contact.
Works with recruiting staff to enroll students for next available class.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing online-marketing campaign for recruiting
Assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing job readiness seminars and job fairs.
Produces daily follow-up report to recruiter.
Direction Received: Reports to the Office Manager
RequirementsPursuit of an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suites and Database Management.
Knowledge of effective communication with both internal and external clients.
Available on Mondays and Thursdays from 1pm to 5 pm.
Ability to work well with individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritites
