Multi-faceted Danbury bus mgmt. and publishing firm looking for a part-time or full-time Administrative Assistant reporting primarily to CEO. Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office as well as computer savvy. We want a person with an upbeat professional manner and great interpersonal skills. The position will entail a variety of daily tasks including answering phones and taking messages, filing and organizing information, letter and correspondence writing, scheduling of appointments and supporting other office staff.

Responsibilities

Work Hours flexible: approx. 20-25 hours per week scheduled between the hours of 9:00 - 5:00, MONDAY-FRIDAY
Compensation commensurate with work experience. College degree preferred but not required
