Description

Ladlas Prince is an international group of professional firms, specializing in management services: consulting, auditing, advising, and compliance; along with information technology and security, for small/private companies, middle market, and government entities and program.

This position is Executive Assistant (Coop/Intern).
Good performance in 90 days will lead to paid fulltime or part time hire (your choice).

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as executive assistant vary from position to position, but the duties include the following:
•Play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly
•Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
•Organizing and maintaining files and records
•Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
•Managing projects and conducting research
•Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
•Making travel and guest arrangements
•Providing quality customer service
•Working in our professional environment

Requirements

Organizational, computer and interpersonal skills are necessary for this profession. Executive assistants must maintain a professional demeanor in all situations and be able to withhold confidential information.

Prefer applicants with or in pursuit of associate or bachelor's degrees or three or more years of administrative experience.
