Description

Are you ready to be the boss' right hand? This internship will require that you work with high-level executives within our commpany to provide top-level assistance. More elite than an entry-level assistant or secretary, an executive assistant is trusted with more high-end or complex duties. In addition to handling incoming and outgoing communication, this person might be in charge of scheduling meetings, maintaining complex management systems and databases, document review and preparation and possibly overseeing other staff members if necessary.

The Ocin Media Group provides media and graphic design services for small businesses across the country. As we expand, the Founder and CEO of the company has implemented an internship program that will allow college students to work for the firm while gaining experience in the industry that matches their major. With the new developments going on with the company, an EA is needed to assist the founder directly. This is an unpaid, virtual position.
