This is a hybrid position between Executive and Administrative Assistant. As an assistant, you will handle basic clerical duties and assist in running the office. Your daily duties will include daily office management, picking up phones, ordering supplies, entering data, maintain social media platforms, occasionally writing blogs, creating presentations and proposal writing.
In addition to general clerical duties, the candidate will also perform in a high-level capacity and report directly to the company President. The candidate will support the President with day to day tasks such as scheduling, taking phone calls, completing paper work, and supervise other office staff. The candidate will be asked to review or fill out paper work and handle confidential company information as needed.
Compensation commensurate with experience. This is a flexible position, open to intern, part-time, or full-time dependent on the applicant. Local candidates are preferred; no solicitations from agencies or headhunters please. We currently do not process visas for this position. Responsibilities-Coordinates internal marketing efforts, including but not limited to: social media, blog management,
-Search for and respond to proposals (RFPs) relevant to our services
-Support leadership with execution of business development and marketing plans.
-General Clerical duties (data entry, phone)
-Assist with managing project deadlines and monitors status of ongoing projects.
-Perform administrative tasks when necessary
-Develop and execute special projects, as needed
-Supervision of staff
Requirements-College degree or relevant work experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Excellent English writing and editing skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Ability to work with little to no direction
-Graphics and Creative Mind a plus
-Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) a plus.
-Need Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
