DescriptionWe are looking for an Office Coordinator/ HR Admin to serve as the key link between a management team that includes 3 managers, several supervisors and over 250 hourly employees. This is a ground floor opportunity with opportunity to advance and earn more money long term. The position will work directly with the management team and a recruiting colleague to ensure that the objectives of the team and the company are being met on a daily basis. This is a very important position with a lot of responsibility in a very fast paced environment. .
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensure employee payroll is input every day into the timekeeping system
-Assisting with the billing and cash collection process
-Double check hours and track and manage workforce overtime
-Ensuring you have an adequate workforce to serve our customers
-Help spearhead a daily recruiting process that ensure an adequate workforce
-Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling
-Scheduling of a large workforce utilizing microsoft excel based scheduling tool
-Resolve Issues, Problem Solve and Daily customer service for our management team, employees and our clients.
-Ability to pay close attention to details
-Must be a multi-tasker
-Assist the management team in other administrative functions
