Description

A large employer in USA, is seeking to hire four Customer Service Representatives to work in their call center and to start immediately. This position will pay within the range of $11.50/hour-$12.25/hour. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm or 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities


Duties:
Coordinate and schedule phone interviews with Claims Representatives.
Place outbound calls to hospitals to obtain requested medical information.
Place outbound calls to customers/claimants gathering information and data.
Data entry into case management system.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook
Proficient and accurate data entry skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to contact, schedule and follow up; ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Excellent organizational skills.
A strong attention to detail and accuracy
